What differs us to other Teacher Training Courses is that our courses are designed and taught by our Master Instructor and Head Educator who is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with years of clinical experiences with daily caseloads of back pain, neck pain, scoliosis, disc issues, hip and shoulder issues and more. With experiences in all aspect of Pilates, whether it's teaching The Pilates Method, Group Fitness Pilates Style, Clinical Pilates Rehab Style, our Teaching Team has done it all and we are here to share the knowledge, combined with real life experiences and current research.
Our Mat Pilates courses doesn't only teach you a set of Mat Pilates moves, but how to modify to your class and your clients. Teaching you the 'why' behind each move to allow you to translate it to real world on real bodies. What we call - Real Life Teaching.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Bundles are not refundable as they consist multiple courses, we would offer a transfer of course for Teacher Training to another cohort, but all purchases are final.
How long to I have access to the content?
You will receive 13 months access from the day you buy to help you in your first year of teaching, compared to 7 month access when purchasing just the Reformer or Mat Teacher Training Course.
You will receive a hard copy of the manual for reformer and mat as part of the course fee.
Do I need to finish all my online content for Reformer before heading into practical dates?
No, you can hop into the practical course before finishing the online component. You will only need to then arrange a later time with The SO Academy to take your completion exam once you finish your online and self directed hours. We recommend completing the majority of your IPT after attending the In Person Teaching For more information regarding the breakdown of each course, please refer to each course's page.
You will need to ensure that your payments have all completed before taking your exam.
